HR Analytics at Wells Fargo
In 2013 Wells Fargo HR implemented the first phase of a multi-year transformational journey towards a mature enterprise-wide human capital analytics environment. Led by consulting partners, I owned and led the data modeling and partnered on metrics and master data with HR leadership.
