Areas of Practice
Data
Data has strategic importance to organizations – either by enhancing industry structure, creating new business models or supporting cost differentiation. As a data architect, manager, strategist and communicator, I build data solutions uniquely tailored to your organizational or functional goals.
Human Capital Analytics & Research
Human capital measures and analytics fall into three categories: financial measures, HR functional measures, and organizational effectiveness measures. By far the most critical are organizational effectiveness measures which are often found to be stronger in high performing organizations. My research and analytics centers on organizational human capital outcomes ethically identified and measured.
Education and Instruction
As an educator/trainer/teacher, my goal is to ensure the success of my students. My mantra is that ‘everyone belongs here’. Education and instruction are most valuable when they change people. My role as a teacher is to ask: “how can I help you on your journey?”
Ethics
Ethics are (simply) the principles of behavior that are based on fairness and justice. Ethical behavior includes concern for human values – such as privacy, confidentiality, transparency, identity and free choice. In my practice, I will behave ethically in all things. In particular
Do what is fair and just - I will act with the highest level of integrity in my business dealings and approach.
Be compassionate and loyal When differing viewpoints and challenges arise, I will strive to overcome them, working with others.
Don’t take myself too seriously – take God seriously. Engagements and relationships are not about me. When my clients and colleagues are promoted, my relationship as a trusted advisor is rewarded.
