Data has strategic importance to organizations – by enhancing industry structure, creating new business models or supporting cost differentiation. As a data architect, manager, strategist and communicator, I build data solutions uniquely tailored to your organizational or functional goals.
Human Capital Analytics and Research
Human capital measures and analytics fall into three categories: financial measures, HR functional measures, and organizational effectiveness measures. By far the most critical are organizational effectiveness measures which are often found to be stronger in high performing organizations. My research and analytics centers on organizational human capital outcomes ethically identified and measured.
Training and Instruction
As an educator/trainer/teacher, my goal is to ensure the success of my students. My mantra is that ‘everyone belongs here’. Education and instruction are most valuable when they change people. My role as a teacher is to ask: “how can I help you on your journey?”
